Job Description

We are Rugby Architectural Building Products a wholesale distributor of specialty building products operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. We are growing!

Outside Sales Representative EntryLevel Entrepreneur Wanted Training Provided!

We offer lumber products architectural panels plywood decorative hardware cabinets flooring slides & hinges and other industry leading products for our customers to make beautiful things and build happiness.

This position is fulltime and entrylevel with paid and comprehensive training! We will train the individual in sales product knowledge and the skills needed to build a successful career.

As an outside sales representative you will be responsible for growing business and selling our product line in an assigned region of GA. You will be in charge of sales throughout the assigned territory and you will be rewarded based on your ability to manage sales throughout the region and customer base.

  • Pay: Compensation consists of salary plus commission with total compensation expected to be between $65000 and $125000 annually. Commission is uncapped so unlimited potential for compensation.

Your DaytoDay:

  • Connect with Clients: Visit businesses within your territory to sell our products to current customers in the region through a focus on customer service.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop meaningful connections and trust with clients as you support their needs. Our Outside Sales Representatives lead the conversation and develop our business through sales growth and customer service.
  • Grow Sales: As an Outside Sales Representative you will be expected to call on potential new customers throughout the territory. Increasing our customer base by introducing our product lines to new customers.
  • Communicate the needs of the customer: Communicate with inside support staff members at the branch to ensure a coordinated and synchronized sales effort and to better ensure optimized product mix and increase future sales.

  • FullTime Availability: Prepared to commit to a 40hour work week.
