Position Summary:
We are seeking an entrylevel recruiter to join our team at Planet Forward. You will be instrumental in identifying and placing top talent to meet our clients needs. In this role you will be responsible for understanding and supporting the recruitment needs of the sales team in order to proactively seek and maintain a wellqualified candidate pool.
Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods including social media job boards cold calling data mining internal database searches and referrals
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future client demands
Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process
Effectively onboard and offboard candidates
Provide guidance for employment related issues during candidates contract assignment
Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long term relationships
Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates
Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging developing and maintaining suitable candidates
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Bullhorn
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Prior experience in customer service sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
Selfmotivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS tools is preferred

Base Salary Range: $50000$60000
