Step into a permanent part-time role (3 days per week) based in either Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane.
Qualifications :
- Proven recruitment experience ideally in real estate sales mortgage broking or finance or youre a driven sales pro ready to pivot into talent acquisition
- Based in Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane working part-time (3 days per week) and open to spending time in the office once a week to connect and collaborate.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with ease
- A strong team player who thrives in high-performing fast-paced environments
- A natural relationship-builder who knows how to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering standout candidate experiences that showcase both your style and our brand
- Curious gritty and relentless when it comes to follow-through
