Freshworks is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in San Mateo. This individual contributor role will be part of the Talent Acquisition function and will focus on building and scaling our Product and Engineering hiring efforts across North America.

Responsibilities
Source and engage top-tier technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing strategies with an emphasis on engineering product management and design roles.
Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviewing reference checks compensation negotiation and offer closure.
Partner closely with engineering and product leadershipincluding senior executivesto understand hiring needs and deliver against headcount plans.
Build and manage strong pipelines for critical technical roles across senior IC and leadership levels (e.g. Staff Principal Sr. Director).
Deliver a world-class candidate experience ensuring high-touch engagement from initial outreach to onboarding and post-offer check-ins.
Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams on campaigns events and content to attract top technical talent.
Host and support technical recruiting events such as engineering mixers hackathons and meetups.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes tools and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications :
5 years of recruiting experience ideally focused on technical roles in engineering and product including senior IC and leadership (Sr. Director); experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments preferred.
Deep understanding of technical sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruiting practices.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse) and recruiting tech stacks.
Proven ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers interviewers and senior stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both passive and active talent.
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $143300 $179100 USD Bonus
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level.
