The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Firstline Quality Product and Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication Team in Salt Lake City Utah.
We are looking for energetic and proactive FrontLine Leaders to join our Salt Lake Quality Team. This role demands a critical thinker with strong business acumen who is passionate about coaching and eager to drive cultural change within the organization.

Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products services and processes meet customer contract requirements engineering standards company procedures and government regulations.
Develop and implement effective business plans policies and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomes.
Create and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Provide education and coaching on the Quality System empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standards.
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies ensuring compliance and safety.
Acquire and manage resources efficiently leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports to foster collaboration and success.
Inspire develop and motivate employees cultivating a highperformance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
1 years of experience leading or managing multifunctional teams in Quality or continuous improvement initiatives
1 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel PowerPoint)
Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3 years of experience in a factory environment
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
High energy and enthusiasm for driving cultural change and improvement
Solid business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies
