We are presently hiring for a HR Manager to work in the corporate office in Myrtle Beach SC. We presently have over 30 properties located in 12 states.
NATURE OF POSITION:The HR Managerwill plan direct develop and coordinate the policies and activities for the company ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists with the development and administration of programs policies and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
- Manages the performance management program
- Manages the companys training programs
- Facilitates clear communication as the primary liaison between management and employees
- Assists in recruiting staffing training and retaining employees
- Develops onboarding procedures and associated training programs
- Works closely with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
- Maintains the employeerelated data base
- Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the company
- Prepares periodic reports as required
- Conducts employee investigations as required
- Assists in monitoring the organizations culture so that it supports the attainment of the companys goals and promotes employee satisfaction
- Conducts routine meetings with management to ensure a clear understanding of policies and compliance issues
- Administers the benefit program and makes recommendations for benefit changes and ensures all benefits meet federal laws
