Job Title: Litigation Solicitor (Minimum 5 Years Experience)
Location: Harrow Greater London
Salary: 6580k DOE
Job Type: FullTime Permanent
About the Role:
We are excited to partner with a prestigious law firm as they expand their Harrow branch. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years litigation experience to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of complex and highvalue litigation matters in a supportive and forwardthinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a diverse caseload of litigation matters including but not limited to commercial disputes contract claims property litigation and professional negligence cases.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct advocacy draft pleadings and prepare for hearings trials and mediations.
- Develop and implement strategic litigation plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships offering clear concise and commerciallyfocused advice.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team contributing to their professional development.
- Stay abreast of changes in litigation law and practice ensuring that advice remains current and compliant.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years postqualification experience in litigation.
- Proven track record in handling complex and highvalue litigation cases.
- Strong advocacy skills and experience in court procedures.
- Excellent analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive clientfocused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
