Job Description

The Role

Our renowned Disputes practice in Sydney is seeking a talented senior lawyer to join the team on a full-time basis.

Under the leadership of Partners Greg Williams and Alex Rose you will have the opportunity to deepen your litigation and disputes experience on some of the countrys largest class actions and product liability cases. Working for leading clients and as part of international defence teams you will gain insights and experience working on the Australian arm of global matters.

In this high performing and collaborative team this role will also see you act on product regulatory issues and advice for clients in multiple sectors including life sciences consumer goods automotive and financial products.

The work includes a range of litigious and other contentious commercial matters. Specifically this role will see you drafting correspondence preparing advice day to day management of files liaising with clients and counsel and assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings including evidence.
