Desired Profile :
Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Two Wheeler Vehicle Finance and with team management abilities.
should be able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills strategies and experience
should be able to recruit as per the requirement and provide Training.
should be able to manage huge team of multiple locations for business development
Should have good knowledge of Credit and Collections.
required a strong market repo.
Should have experience or knowledge about TW loan products such as. Trade Advance DODearlership Management etc.
KRA :
Business Planning and development i.e. Tieup with TW Dealers and Distributors Etc.
Maintaining the Profitability of business and achieving the Business Targets.
Maintains the relationship with our clients dealers and TW Showroom Owner .
Training to Manpower.
