Job Description
Location: Orlando Area
Salary: $120000 $130000 DOE bonus full benefits great PTO and 401K
Our client is a fast growing midsized public accounting firm with close to 50 employees who has been serving Central FL for years. Due to double digit year over year growth they are looking for a talented Tax Director to lead and grow their tax department.
This is a newlycreated role within a well established professional services firm providing full audit and tax work. Established (and growing) set of clients for this CPA firm. Very stable situation. Really zero risk. Great opportunity to join a growing firm with a fresh and employeefriendly culture from the getgo!!
If you have 7 years within public accounting with a focus on corporate tax services this is a place you should consider. The firm has an established client base so you will not be expected to do business development as a major part of the job. The key will be to provide key leadership to the developing team of managers seniors and staff while maintaining a high level of client service.
Requirements
- 7 years public accounting experience (Experienced Manager Sr Manager Dir)
- MST or Advanced degree a plus
- CPA and or EA preferred
- Clients base history should be middle market corporations ideally
- Strong technology skills Excel Word and Drake software preferred
- Supervisor experience
