RoleOverview:
We areseeking a detailoriented Compliance & Process Specialist to driveour ISO accreditation journey. This role involves analyzing refining anddocumenting internal processes to ensure they align with internationalcompliance standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadershipIT and operations teams to develop policies conduct internal audits andensure ongoing compliance with industry best practices.
KeyResponsibilities:
iii.Conduct internal audits to identify gaps in existing processes and recommendimprovements.
iv.Workwith various teams to standardize workflows and ensure adherence to complianceguidelines.
v.Monitorindustry regulations and ISO updates ensuring the company stays compliant withevolving standards.
vi.Collaboratewith external auditors and certification bodies to facilitateaccreditation processes.
viii.Assistin maintaining records and documentation required for audits andcertifications.
Requirements
ii.Strongknowledge of ISO standards and compliance framework.
iv.Familiaritywith IT service management (ITSM) cybersecurity standards and dataprotection is a plus.
v.Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
vi.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
vii.Abilityto collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive change management.
