Senior Accountant Tax Compliance (4 yrs exp. req. CPA pref.)
Location: Montral Qubec (Cte-des-Neiges)
Salary: $120000 $140000 CAD Bonus
Benefits: Group Coverage (50% employer-paid) Vacation Sick Personal Time

Role Overview
A fast-growing accounting and advisory firm based in Montral (Cte-des-Neiges) is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong communication skills and a background in public practice. This firm works with a wide range of clients including private corporations family-run businesses and high-net-worth individuals and is known for its collaborative high-performance culture.
This role is not boxed into a single path candidates with experience in either tax or audit are welcome. The most important qualities are:
- Excellent communication
- Strong client management ability
- Desire to grow within a nimble fast-scaling firm
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary client manager on key files
- Lead preparation and review of tax engagements (corporate personal year-end)
- Handle compilations review engagements or audits depending on your background
- Advise clients on planning compliance and advisory strategies
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with partners on improving workflows
Who You Are
- CPA designation (or close to completion)
- 4 - 10 years of experience in a Canadian public accounting firm
- Background in tax and/or audit were open
- Strong communicator who thrives in client-facing work
- Confident organized and solution-oriented
- French is a strong asset but not required
