Your Impact
Deliverect is experiencing remarkable regional growth and were seeking a strategic and relationshipfocused Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate longterm partnerships with our most valued customers. Leveraging your robust analytical and interpersonal skills youll oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients in the Quick Service Restaurants and Ecommerce sectors nurturing deeper connections and uncovering new revenue avenues within existing accounts. As a trusted advisor youll play a pivotal role in shaping Deliverects success and guiding our enterprise customers across North America. Your profound insight into the hospitality industry will be pivotal in forging enduring relationships and influencing the trajectory of our product development.

A Typical Day

    • Dive deep into operational challenges faced by enterprise clients employing analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and crafting tailored solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and seamlessly integrate Deliverects suite of solutions.
    • Ensure smooth integration of Deliverects solutions for new clients meticulously managing the onboarding process to guarantee a seamless transition and delivering compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and objectives.
    • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through transparent communication and proactive engagement leveraging interpersonal skills to foster trust and surpass expectations ensuring client satisfaction and longterm loyalty.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Account Management Product Customer Success Marketing and Technical Support to address client needs holistically share insights and develop innovative strategies that align with client objectives and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and driving adoption of innovative products to fuel revenue growth utilizing datadriven insights and industry knowledge to recognize unmet needs and propose tailored solutions that add tangible value to clients businesses.
    • Advocate for Deliverects product internally serving as a voice of the customer and actively participating in crossfunctional discussions to ensure continuous improvement aligns with client needs and expectations driving product development that meets evolving market demands.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of MultiBrand and Virtual Brand operations leveraging industry expertise to tailor solutions that optimize operational efficiency and maximize value extraction from Deliverects suite of solutions.
    • Empower clients through comprehensive product training and foster a culture of continuous learning leveraging instructional design principles to develop engaging training materials and delivering handson sessions that empower clients to maximize the value of Deliverects products.

Your Expertise

    • Possess 3 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or a similar role demonstrating a track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
    • Demonstrate an indepth understanding of the hospitality industry including business operations trends and challenges faced by restaurant chains and multibrand operators allowing you to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions that address specific pain points.
    • Proficiency in industrystandard tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce Zendesk and Planhat enabling you to efficiently manage client accounts track key metrics and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive business outcomes.
    • Have a KPIdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to set ambitious goals develop actionable strategies and drive continuous improvement ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering tangible results.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a customercentric approach communicating clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing and actively listening to client needs to develop deep understanding and empathy fostering strong trustbased relationships built on mutual respect and collaboration.
    • Display strong interpersonal skills and determination to succeed demonstrating resilience adaptability and a proactive attitude in navigating challenges and driving towards goals inspiring confidence and earning credibility as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Additional Information

    • This is a fulltime hybrid role requiring 4 days in our Madrid office and 1 day working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English language skills both written and verbal.
