Job Description

Status:PartTime Hourly

FLSA Classification:NonExempt

Summary of the Position:TheOklahoma City programis seeking an Administrative Manager to provide administrative assistance and office support for all aspects of the program.

  • Serve as the office receptionist greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Prepare weekly paperwork intake paperwork new hire paperwork and manage payroll processing.
  • Maintain confidential participant and personnel records.
  • Work in a fastpaced and demanding environment keeping a professional manner with staff participants families and service providers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associates degree is preferred but not required. Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office (Word Outlook One Drive etc.
  • Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful
  • Some understanding of insurance and thirdparty billing is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • BiLingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Availability to work some evenings
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current automobile insurance coverage required.
