Our Stratacache UK location is searching for qualified individuals to fill our Technical Support Analyst positions. In this role the employee will provide first level technical support via phone email and/or chat to our customers.
By fulfilling these responsibilities a Technical Support Analyst ensures efficient technical support operations enhances customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall success of the Scala support team.
