Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated intern to join our early-stage venture capital company for a minimum period of 4-6 months starting September 2025. The selected candidate will be working closely with our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment gaining valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of the venture capital industry.

Tasks

Deal Sourcing: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities screen incoming deal flow and contribute to the development of investment theses.

Event Organization: Assist in the planning coordination and execution of networking events and other industry-related activities as well as attending such events to represent the firm.

Fund Operations: Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational tasks such as fund accounting investor relations and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Network Building: Help us to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs industry experts and other venture capital firms with the aim of identifying new investment opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Strong academic background in business technology engineering science or a related field. You have gained practical experience in a fast-paced environment. We highly value different backgrounds and various professions.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong self-initiative and interest in start-ups and venture capital.
• You are able to navigate with only high-level direction and can cope with minimal amounts of face-to-face team time.
• You are highly motivated with a demonstrable curiosity for technology an entrepreneurial journey and strong commercial acumen.
• You are an open-minded communicative and proactive person.
• You are fluent in English and preferably speak some degree of German.
• Working permit for Germany.
