We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team at our Plano Texas office. This onsite role will focus on daytoday HR operations within the Plano office while also supporting HR functions across all of our organizations. You will play a key role in employee relations performance management compliance recruitment and more. Working closely with HR leadership you will help streamline HR processes foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employees at all locations receive consistent effective HR support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact across multiple teams and drive strategic HR initiatives throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Global HR Support:Provide comprehensive daytoday HR support for the organization managing HR activities across multiple locations and aligning with global HR policies and processes.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:Oversee new hire orientation onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for employees and maintaining consistency in the experience.
  • Employee Relations:Investigate employee concerns resolve issues and provide recommendations that align with company policies legal requirements and best practices.
  • Leadership Coaching:Mentor and coach leadership teams to improve employee relations enhance morale and retain top talent particularly within hourly employee groups.
  • HR Best Practices & Process Improvement:Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:Maintain accurate HR records track HR metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience. Pull data from multiple sources to build robust reports.
  • Employee Engagement:Design implement and execute programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement satisfaction and overall experience across the organization.
  • Project Management:Contribute to HRrelated projects and system enhancements ensuring alignment with HR objectives and business needs.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices labor laws and legal compliance with experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in HR technology analytics platforms and collaboration tools (e.g. Deel Microsoft Office UKG).
