What You ll Do:
- Develop & Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective nationwide sales strategies and promotional plans in line with overall business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a highperforming national sales team coaching mentoring and ensuring sales targets are achieved across open markets and modern trade channels.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities establish relationships with key accounts distributors and partners and drive market penetration in all major geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting ensure optimal product assortment and drive initiatives to maximize return on space and profitability.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts conduct market research and analyze performance data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
