Job Description

We re partnering with a reputable food company in the FMCG sector that specializes in highquality packaged flour products to find an experienced and resultsdriven Head Sales & Marketing to lead its national sales and marketing operations.

What You ll Do:

  • Develop & Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective nationwide sales strategies and promotional plans in line with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a highperforming national sales team coaching mentoring and ensuring sales targets are achieved across open markets and modern trade channels.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities establish relationships with key accounts distributors and partners and drive market penetration in all major geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting ensure optimal product assortment and drive initiatives to maximize return on space and profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts conduct market research and analyze performance data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • A dynamic sales leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in the FMCG industry preferably with expertise in flourbased products.
  • A seasoned professional with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role who has worked across Nigeria s diverse markets.
  • A strategic analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A natural leader who can motivate teams forge strong relationships and drive results in a competitive environment.

What You Bring:

  • A B.Sc/HND in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior sales and marketing management within the FMCG or food sector.
  • Indepth understanding of market dynamics in Nigeria and successful experience in driving sales across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership negotiation and teambuilding skills with a handson approach.
