What you will do for us
- Strategic Planning & : Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies focused on netnew pipeline generation opportunity acceleration and customer growth across diverse subregions and segments. Analyze market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape to continuously inform strategy.
- Demand Generation & Sales Alignment: Drive customer acquisition and accelerate sales pipeline through targeted regional marketing programs and optimized lead generation strategies. Collaborate closely with regional sales teams (strategic enterprise commercial) to prioritize key markets/accounts and develop tailored programs including AccountBased Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Customer Marketing: Partner with Customer Success to design and implement programs aimed at deepening existing customer relationships enhancing engagement fostering advocacy and driving upsell opportunities through strategic events and personalized campaigns.
- Partner Ecosystem: Lead and expand regional partner marketing initiatives fostering strong engagement with key partners to drive joint campaigns cobranded programs and partnerled demand generation leveraging their reach for pipeline impact.
- Team Leadership: Build mentor and manage a highperforming regional marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability prioritizing team members professional growth and development.
- Performance & Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to rigorously monitor campaign performance identify key trends and optimize regional marketing initiatives for maximum ROI. Provide regular insightful performance reports to executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Own and manage the regional marketing budget strategically allocating resources to highimpact programs focused on revenue generation and customer growth ensuring efficient and effective use of spend.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Ensure seamless alignment and integration of regional marketing efforts by collaborating closely with global marketing sales customer success and partner teams through effective communication channels.
Requirements
What youll bring to this role
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in field marketing with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of working effectively with sales leaders to build strategy and consistently deliver results against agreed targets.
- Strong experience in both inbound and outbound marketing strategy and with a good understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Solid experience driving managing and executing marketing activities with channel partners.
- Proficient with gathering marketing analytics and leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and measure performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience building and scaling highperforming marketing teams; ability to inspire coach and empower team members.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing action plans goals and measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders and adapt communication style to the audience.
- Ability to navigate organizational culture and politics effectively across multiple functions.
