Role DescriptionThis is a fulltime onsite role as a Training & Content Lead located near sector 8 Dwarka Delhi. The Training & Content Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs creating Industry relevant content and become the custodian for keeping all content up to date. This role will involve training teams & ensure content accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
- QualificationsTraining program delivery
- Development Content Creation and Content Management skills
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems and content authoring tools
- Knowledge of logistics supply chain or transportation industry
- Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Communications or related field
