Job Description

Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Compensation: $1500 $2000/month
Industry: Healthcare Staffing
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 9 a.m. 5/6 p.m. (U.S. EST hours)


About the Role
We re hiring a detail-oriented and process-driven Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of healthcare professionals including nurses and CNAs into a high-growth U.S.-based healthcare staffing platform. This role is essential for ensuring legal compliance timely credentialing and a smooth new hire experience. You ll guide new staff through a defined onboarding process using TeamBridge (scheduling platform) and ADP (payroll system).

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail excellent follow-through and a people-first mindset. This is a remote role ideally suited for candidates in the Philippines due to time zone alignment and candidate availability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for nurses and CNAs
  • Follow a structured script for background checks drug testing and credential verification
  • Assist candidates in setting up accounts on TeamBridge and ADP
  • Collect and review documentation to ensure full compliance with hiring and healthcare regulations
  • Communicate with candidates regularly via email phone and SMS to guide them through each onboarding step
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate onboarding records in internal systems
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with partially engaged candidates (minimum 2 follow-ups for drop-offs)
  • Track weekly onboarding numbers and escalate any bottlenecks to leadership


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 years of experience in onboarding HR coordination or administrative support
  • Highly detail-oriented process-driven and organized
  • Familiarity with platforms like ADP TeamBridge or similar HRIS/onboarding tools
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work independently and remain accountable to clear weekly goals
  • Comfortable following structured workflows while proactively troubleshooting when issues arise
  • Flexible with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to ensure successful onboarding


Performance Expectations

  • Successfully onboard 4 5 new hires per week
  • Maintain strong communication throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Ensure 100% compliance on background checks documentation and credential verification
