Job Description
An ICG client is looking for someone who could assist an investment
portfolio company with an international expansion strategy for a successful skincare franchise they have invested in
Key Deliverables
- Performing research on prospective markets and categorising and prioritising entry strategies (global regional multidomestic)
- Identifying risks and mitigants to ensure success
- Identifying and supporting the orchestration and fosteringof local regional and global distributionpartners
- Building a business case and executionplan with supporting accountabilities
Skills and experience required
Proven track record in off shoreexpansion strategy and experience
Professional Background:Over10 years of combined experience in consulting and the cosmetics industry with a focus on strategic growth and international business expansion.
Expertise:Proven track recordin identifying developing and implementing growth strategies. Specialises in leveraging capabilities to drive offshore business expansion.
Project Experience:Has led multiple crossborder expansion projects that involved strategic planning market analysis and the successful launch of products and services in new markets.
Consulting Skills:Strong advisory skills able to provide insights and guidance on market entry strategies competitive analysis and partnership development. Experienced in working with senior management and Csuite executives to align strategic initiatives with business goals.
OutcomeOriented:Focused on delivering actionable advice that aligns with client objectives and ensures practical implementation of growth strategies with measurable results.
Start date:ASAPDuration:short 23 days initial scan of existing capabilities and plans and workshop with founders and then if theres a fit a longer 6month parttime 23 days per week) to conduct the market research identify priority markets channel strategy to enter those markets and implementation plans.
Location:Australia
Rate:To be negotiated with theshort listed consultants but expected to be commensurate with seniority so approximately $1800$2250 per day net to consultant
ApplicationClose date:No later than Monday 17th March 5 pm (AEDT)
APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
