Job Description
Le Project Manager volue dans lquipe Winback qui comporte deux personnes (vous incluant) et plus largement vous intgrez lquipe Client Operations qui compte environ 35 personnes bases en France et en Pologne.
Vous tes chef de projet sur la transition des nouveaux clients et responsable de projets pour des clients rguliers.
Missions
Agile et dot(e) dun rel leadership vous participez aux appels doffres et coordonnez la transition et lintgration des nouveaux clients NielsenIQ sur la plateforme Discover.
Garant(e) de la satisfaction client vous suivez les diffrentes tapes du projet jusquau passage en BAU dans le respect des dlais et de nos standards de qualit.
Vous prsentez lavancement des diffrents projets au Comit de Direction
Vous accompagnez certains de nos clients rguliers sur leurs projets (new business redesign)
Vous coordonnez les actions de nos quipes Data Ops bases au NOC (Varsovie) afin de maximiser la satisfaction de nos clients sur lensemble de leurs livrables

Votre capacit comprendre les besoins de vos clients vous permet de mener bien vos projets et de contribuer la croissance du business.
Profil
- Vous tes diplm(e) bac5 ecole de commerce
- La matrise du franais et de langlais est indispensable
- Vous avez une exprience de 2 3 ans dans la gestion de projet avec de forts enjeux clients
- Vous matrisez la chane de production end to end.
