Certifications Required Any certifications that are required for this demand
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Primary Technical Skills -Network technologies Routing Switching & Secutiry
Secondary Skill- Cloud platforms particularly Azure including Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and
Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the IT Resiliency team to ensure the continuity and recovery of
critical IT services.
Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) plans and procedures to minimize downtime
and data loss.
Collaborate with various IT teams including IT Operations Hybrid Cloud Global Network team
and Modern Workplace services to ensure seamless integration and support for resiliency
initiatives
Conduct regular DR testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness of recovery plans.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to IT resiliency and develop strategies to address them.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on network virtualization and cloud-
related issues.
Skills and Certifications:
Hands-on experience with network technologies including Cisco and Juniper routers switches
load balancers and firewalls
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Knowledge of cloud platforms particularly Azure including Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and
Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) VMware Certified
Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert"
