Job Title: Branch Manager – Branch Banking
Location: Indore - Dhar Ujjain
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 7 Years
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of CASA retail assets and third-party products through branches.

Lead and manage branch sales teams to achieve targets.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational compliance.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies.
Requirements:

Min. 7 years of experience in branch/retail banking sales.

Strong track record in team handling and target achievement.
-
Stable career history (min. 3 years in recent role preferred).
-
Familiarity with Dhar & Ujjain market is a plus.
