Job Title: HR TA & OPS

Job Summary:

As an HR Operations Executive your primary responsibility is to manage various facets of HR operations ensuring effective rcruitment onboarding employee engagement and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment of right talent in the Organisation

  1. Pre-Employment Checks:
  • Initate background checks reference checks Cibil and KYC checks before issuing job offers to potential candidates.
  1. Onboarding:
  • Conduct welcome calls for new employees on their first day facilitating ID cards visiting cards and necessary assets.
  • Assist in setting up email accounts and support the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
  1. Employee Helpdesk:
  • Manage an employee relations helpdesk addressing queries related to HRMS policies attendance leave and other HR-related matters.
  1. Issuance of Employee Letters:
  • Prepare and issue various employee-related letters such as offer letters appointment letters etc.
  1. Training Coordination:
  • Coordinate training programs for employees in collaboration with the HR Head.
  1. HR Records and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate MIS reports related to employee information resignations and other HR activities.
  1. Leave and Attendance Management:
  • Manage and coordinate attendance records leave applications and other employee-related administrative tasks.
  1. HRMS Queries Resolution:
  • Provide support and resolution to employees' queries related to the HR Management System (HRMS) for effective utilization.

  1. Employee New Joinee Welcome Calls:
  • Conduct welcome calls for new hires providing essential information
  1. Employee Exit Interviews:
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback reasons for departure and insights to improve organizational processes.
  1. Follow-up for New Joinee Documents:
  • Ensure timely collection and processing of required documents from new hires
