Vacancy: SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Recruitment
Location: Epsom Surrey
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Recruitment Consultant Wanted! Worth Recruiting specialise in recruitment across the property industry and are expanding! We are seeking to employ another fulltime Property Industry Recruitment Consultant.
In particular we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Estate Agency Lettings Property Management Mortgages Services or Surveying (or another selling role within property) someone who knows the industry the roles involved and the prevalent employment practices and who would recognise candidates with the right experience and attitude.
The perfect candidate will have previously been in a position where they have been responsible for staff selection / recruitment possibly at managerial level.
This is not a homebased role our offices are based in Epsom in Surrey and we are looking for a candidate who has a genuine interest in helping people find their niche role and in delivering exceptional service to our expanding client base.

Skills required for this Recruitment Consultant role will include:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency Lettings Property Management Mortgages Services or Surveying
- Highly computer literate
- Some recruitment experience beneficial (not essential)
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb organisational skills
- Be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team playerPositive professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
