Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 1 4 years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems specifically Workday is highly desired
- Experience with Workday (HCM & ATS) and Service Now is desired
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Selfmotivated to complete various tasks in a timely manner
- Standout colleague willing to assist wherever there is a need
- Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails routing them to others when appropriate
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windowsbased applications especially Word Excel and Outlook
- Ideal candidate will be a fast learner with the ability to master new systems quickly
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
