Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain servers workstations and network devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls across systems.
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures such as firewalls antivirus and patch updates.
Support ERP and manufacturing-specific software applications.
Maintain inventory of IT assets licenses and ensure timely renewals.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and services.
Document system configurations processes and maintain technical manuals.
Train users on basic IT policies and system usage.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers networks and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle critical system issues in a manufacturing setup.
