Summit Planning &
Oversee daytoday operations of the REP4 Midwest Summit ensuring seamless .
Lead participant recruitment and cultivate partnerships with schools and organizations.
Manage event logistics travel coordination curriculum development and facilitation of humancentered design experiences.
Work closely with GVSU faculty staff and student leaders to create a cohesive engaging summit experience.
Program Evaluation & Improvement
Facilitate postsummit debriefs to gather feedback and insights from participants and stakeholders.
Analyze outcomes and recommend improvements for the 2026 summit.
Budget & Staffing Oversight
Manage the summit budget and track expenditures to ensure financial responsibility.
Recruit hire and lead a team of stipended GVSU employees and student staff.
Technology & Institutional Collaboration
Utilize GVSU systems (e.g. CMS Workday Banner) for registration payments and program management.
Collaborate with admissions and recruitment teams to develop college pathway opportunities for participants.
Partner with faculty to offer an optional creditbearing course experience.
Bachelors degree
Experience in program management coordination facilitation mentorship and/or leadership in educational settings.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to evaluate programs and implement datadriven improvements.
Project management certification (preferred but not required).
Salary & Benefits: Minimum starting salary of $65000 commensurate with experience.
Division/Department: Office of the President/REP4
