Were a locally owned and growing automotive group of dealerships in Williamsburg and Richmond. As a result of our continued growth were looking to hire a motivated organized and customerfocused BDC Representative.
The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative handles incoming phone calls coordinates incoming sales inquiries service requests and internet correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and coordinate schedules of sales and service teams
- Customer follow up on website inquiries
- Provide information back to customers based on their questions and needs
- Manage required paperwork and records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Selfmotivated goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use multiple computer and telephone software applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new information
- Automotive experience a plus
