Sales Development Representative (SDR) Tech Sales

About the Role:
We are working on behalf of an esteemed client in the technology sector searching for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling email outreach and other innovative sales tactics.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct initial qualification calls with potential customers ensuring they meet the criteria for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM: Consistently update and maintain accurate information within the companys CRM system regarding client interactions feedback and next steps.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Research: Stay informed about the technology market competitive products and industry trends to effectively position our solutions to prospective clients.
- Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree or equivalent experience in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role preferably in the tech sector.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Selfstarter with a resultdriven approach.
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively and work independently.
