At Perform Recruitment were looking for a Business Development Executive whos hungry for success thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants to be part of a growing agency with big ambitions.

Your Role
As a Business Development Executive youll be the driving force behind expanding our client portfolio across Ireland and the UK. Youll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
Your daytoday will include:

Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients.

Pitching our recruitment services in a way that resonates with each clients unique needs.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decisionmakers.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals that drive mutual success.

Staying in sync with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.

Keeping up with industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
Were looking for someone whos:

Experienced in sales business development or account management.

A natural communicator with great relationshipbuilding skills.

Selfdriven ambitious and targetoriented (you love a challenge!).

Confident in negotiating and presenting valuedriven solutions.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.

(Bonus) Familiar with the recruitment industry or B2B services.
