Job Title : Customer Service Engineer

Department : Customer Service Division

Reporting to : Service Manager

Qualification : BE (Instrumentation & Control /Electronics/ Electronics &

Telecom)

Experience : 35 Years (Preferably in sales & Marketing activity)

Location : Bangalore EC Office Karnataka

On the job Travel: Moderate

Skills and Competency:

Good knowledge of Instrumentation & Process control automation. Pressure temp flow and all analytical data logger products control systems and PLCs.

Good knowledge in understanding the tender (Clearly able to point the

SOW/Deviation) and BOM preparation based on SOW

  • BOM and Schematic preparation coordinating with vendors for 3rd party products solution and costing sheet preparation.

Good Knowledge in IOT solutions hardwares and cloud related applications.

Job Role : Member of Service sales Team.

Key Responsibility Areas

Dealing with regional service sales engineers

Dealing with direct sales team of system/products .

Supporting sales team with required documentation.

Coordinating with different depts.

Preferred candidate with past Yokogawa Experience.

Soft Skills:

Good skills on MS office (Excel/Word/Power point etc.

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Customer orientation

Proactive and positive approach

Accommodative attitude.
