PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Site Quality Analysis:
Manage the analysis of operational processes at project sites identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with onsite teams to streamline workflows eliminate inefficiencies and enhance resource utilization.
Oversee the implementation of process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and ensure project success.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Monitor projectspecific key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking mechanisms.
Monitor project performance metrics analyze data and identify trends or areas requiring improvement.
Ensure the generation of regular reports for project stakeholders providing insights and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and quality.
Continuous Improvement Facilitation:
Supervise and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives at project sites employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar frameworks.
Encourage onsite teams to actively participate in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
Oversee workshops training sessions and collaborative problemsolving activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementation of quality control processes specific to each project site conducting audits as necessary.
Support corrective actions and drive the implementation of quality improvements to enhance project deliverables.
ProjectSpecific Training and Development:
Identify training needs of onsite teams and train Primoris programs to enhance their capabilities.
Conduct training to project teams that will optimization and improve quality of their product.
Conduct Onthejob learning training that promotes skill development knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during process improvements.
Communicate changes effectively address concerns and facilitate buyin from onsite teams.
Actively engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements challenges and opportunities for optimization.
Supervision of Site Quality Technicians:
Provide supervision guidance and mentorship to the Operational Excellence Technician.
Assign tasks and monitor their progress.
Ensure the Technicians audits are performed to improve project site operations.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven experience in quality process improvement or project management roles.
Knowledge of process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical skills to assess complex operational scenarios and identify improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with onsite teams and stakeholders.
Change management experience and the ability to influence and motivate teams in a project environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a dynamic project site setting.
Familiarity with quality management systems and practices.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and data analysis software.

Pay Equity
Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a fulltime schedule. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local state or federal law.
