Job Description

As our Email Marketing / MultiChannel Campaign Specialist youll architect and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints to create cohesive customer journeys. While email will remain a core channel youll orchestrate a harmonized mix of digital touchpoints including social media webinars content syndication paid advertising and direct outreach that collectively nurture prospects from awareness to decision. This strategic role sits at the critical intersection of content strategy marketing technology and revenue operations making you an essential contributor to our ambitious growth targets.

What Youll Do:
  • Design EndtoEnd Campaign Journeys Develop comprehensive multichannel programs that address complex B2B buying cycles across enterprise midmarket and SMB segments in US and Australian markets
  • Orchestrate Channel Integration Seamlessly coordinate messaging and timing across email LinkedIn paid media webinars and content platforms to create consistent customer experiences
  • Craft Compelling Narratives Create persuasive valuedriven copy across channels that resonates with Csuite executives and technical decisionmakers transforming complex solutions into clear business value propositions
  • Engineer Intelligent Automation Build sophisticated crosschannel workflow automations behavioral triggers and personalized journeys that respond dynamically to prospect signals
  • Implement Precision Targeting Leverage ZoomInfo and firstparty data to create granular audience segments based on industry company size tech stack and engagement patterns
  • Drive CrossFunctional Alignment Partner with Sales Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure campaign strategies support broader GotoMarket (GTM) initiatives and sales enablement needs
  • Elevate AccountBased Marketing Develop personalized highlytargeted multichannel sequences for strategic accounts as part of comprehensive ABM campaigns
  • Optimize the MarTech Ecosystem Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Zoho CRM HubSpot or Salesforce) to provide unified customer views and accurate attribution
  • Deliver DataDriven Insights Build comprehensive performance dashboards using UTMs Google Analytics and custom reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Advance GTM Infrastructure Contribute to the design and optimization of marketingsales alignment systems including lead scoring routing rules and sales notifications

Your Experience & Expertise:
  • Proven B2B Campaign Success 8 years orchestrating integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable business results preferably in technology SaaS or IT services
  • MultiChannel Proficiency Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous campaigns across email social webinars content and paid channels with a cohesive strategy
  • Global Market Understanding Experience creating messaging that resonates with US and Australian B2B decisionmakers accounting for regional market differences and buyer behaviors
  • Persuasive Communication Exceptional copywriting and storytelling capabilities with a portfolio of highconverting campaigns across channels

Technical Proficiency in core platforms:
  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot Zoho Campaigns Marketo or similar platforms
  • Social Media: LinkedIn Campaign Manager social management tools
  • Webinar Platforms: Zoom GoToWebinar ON24
  • Data & Targeting: ZoomInfo for prospect identification and enrichment
  • CRM Integration: Zoho CRM Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Revenue Operations Mindset Strong grasp of GTM engineering principles lead lifecycle orchestration and the integration of marketing activities within the broader revenue engine
  • CrossChannel Coordination Experience synchronizing email campaigns with LinkedIn outreach webinar promotion and digital advertising for cohesive customer experiences
  • Technical Knowledge Working proficiency with marketing technology configuration integration and optimization
  • Analytics Expertise Fluency in crosschannel performance measurement using Google Analytics Looker Studio or similar platforms with ability to translate data into actionable insights
