Our client a topnotch fintech company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Culture & People Engagement
Cultivate a collaborative inclusive and highperforming work environment that reflects the company s mission vision values and culture.
Lead employee engagement efforts to ensure motivation alignment and meaningful contribution to company goals.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to plan and execute internal events and communication activities that strengthen team collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.
Regularly gather employee feedback through surveys and other channels to gauge sentiment and drive relevant actions.
Launch initiatives that promote employee participation in company life and support a positive workplace culture.
2. Employer Branding
Design and implement employer branding strategies aimed at attracting highcaliber talent based on assigned objectives.
Work closely with the TABP team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Track and evaluate the performance of employer branding efforts including the EVP and related campaigns.
Build relationships with universities professional organizations and external partners to strengthen the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
3. Learning & Development
Support the rollout of training initiatives aligned with the L&D master plan focusing on leadership technical capabilities and employee growth.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning to support professional development and company success.
Set performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on data insights.
4. Internal Communications
Take the lead on internal communication strategies as assigned.
Create and distribute key messages using various formats such as written content presentations team meetings companywide gatherings and platforms like Slack.
Develop reporting tools to measure communication effectiveness and continuously enhance internal communication plans to better engage and inform employees.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of handson experience in organizational development with exposure to areas such as employer branding learning & development and employee engagement.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices company culture dynamics and employee engagement methodologies.
Familiarity with HR systems and platforms for monitoring performance engagement and development metrics.
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Creative and forwardthinking able to work in fastpaced and dynamic environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
