You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager People & Culture Banff (P&C) is a key leader in driving P&C initiatives across our businesses including the Banff Gondola Lake Minnewanka Banff Lodging and Transportation Team in Banff as well as the Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton and Golden Skybridge in Golden. This role is responsible for supporting every aspect of the employee experiencefrom onboarding and recognition to training and employee relations. Additionally this role also oversees Banffbased staff housing operations ensuring a safe clean and positive living environment for over 300 employees. This role reports to the Director People & Culture for the Banff Jasper Collection (BJC).
This position is based in Banff AB with occasional travel required to Waterton AB & Golden BC
The starting salary for this position will be dependent on experience.
