Who We Are
We re working with a toptier engineering and project services company to find a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager who can own and lead procurement logistics and supply chain strategies across major industrial and infrastructure projects. If youre a proactive leader with deep knowledge in vendor management procurement and QHSE compliance this is your opportunity to transform supply chain performance.
What You ll Do
Strategic Ownership:
Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Lead initiatives to optimize cost delivery quality and compliance.
Procurement Leadership:
Coordinate all procurement activities including vendor prequalification tendering negotiations contracting and performance evaluations.
Vendor & Risk Management:
Foster strong vendor relationships monitor supplier performance and manage procurement risks effectively. Ensure alignment with compliance standards and costefficiency.
Logistics & Delivery Oversight:
Oversee order placements monitor delivery timelines resolve logistics issues and collaborate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure seamless operations.
People & Process Management:
Recruit train and mentor procurement personnel. Lead performance reviews and drive continuous process improvements across the team.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements ISO standards and QHSE protocols in all supply chain operations.
Contract & Inventory Management:
Review reevaluate and manage contracts. Maintain accurate inventory and material delivery records across project sites.

Requirements
Who You Are
- 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within industrial or engineering sectors.
- Strong background in purchasing law subcontract management logistics and negotiation techniques.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive problemsolver who can analyze market trends mitigate risks and manage multiple stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Indepth knowledge of ISO standards QHSE policies and procurement best practices.
- Strong people management decisionmaking and organizational skills.
- Professional certifications in supply chain or procurement (preferred).
