Job Description
- Lead and mentor a QA team (5 direct reports)
- Oversee all regulatory submission processes and document control
- Optimize tools and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal standards
- Manage recruitment onboarding and ongoing training
- Track team performance and report to senior management
- Competitive salary:/month (excl. holiday allowance)
- Hybrid work: 3 months onsite then 4 days office/1 day remote
