The Product Specialist Inside Sales Representative will support the overall development and growth initiatives for Kemcos Aftermarket business segment with a focus on spare replacement and upgrade parts solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Maintain develop and expand relationships with existing customer portfolio.
- Grow Industrial Solutions portfolio to achieve and exceed bookings and revenue targets through outbound and inbound call activities.
- Build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects to drive bookings and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Outside Sales on new product applications and cross sell opportunities.
- Provide customer support via the web (click to chat) and by phone.
- Consult with customers on current and future projects
- Quote prices and manage quote followup activities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 35 years of customer service experience in the industrial manufacturing
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems preferably D365.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 years of sales experience in the industrial manufacturing
- Systems Integration with a focus on process analytics would be helpful.
ADA Requirements :
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
