Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Finance (Regional) to lead the finance operations of a fastgrowing wellcapitalized digital infrastructure platform with a strong footprint across Asia Pacific. This key leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy enhancing governance frameworks and supporting the company s ambitious regional expansion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience preferably with a strong background in highgrowth private equitybacked environments. You will collaborate closely with the Csuite to embed financial discipline drive strategic initiatives and ensure the company s continued success across multiple markets.




Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function partnering with the CFO to drive financial planning budgeting forecasting and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models forecasts and scenario analyses to inform business decisions and growth strategies.

  • Establish and strengthen financial controls risk management practices and compliance across regional operations.

  • Manage relationships with investors banks and financial institutions to support capital raising debt financing and treasury management.

  • Collaborate closely with key business units including investment acquisition design construction and sales to deliver financial insights and optimize business performance.

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts investor reports and statutory filings.

  • Design and implement scalable finance systems processes and internal controls to support rapid multicountry expansion.

  • Provide financial and tax due diligence deal structuring support and strategic evaluation for investment and acquisition activities including market entry initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance accounting and strategic financial leadership roles.

  • Track record of success in fastpaced private equitybacked companies is highly desirable.

  • Industry experience in digital infrastructure (e.g. data centres telecommunications towers) renewable energy or real estate is advantageous.

  • Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) financial control treasury and investor relations.

  • Proven experience managing finance teams across multientity crossborder operations in Asia Pacific.

  • Indepth understanding of compliance regulatory standards and financial governance.

  • Ability to lead and execute in a dynamic highgrowth and evolving environment.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Professional certification such as CPA CA CFA or equivalent preferred.
