About:
Were seeking a Plant Controller to support a key manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Finance this role partners with the Plant Director and cross-functional teams to drive performance cost control and financial accuracy.

Act as financial partner to Plant Operations to improve efficiency and results

Lead cost accounting inventory control and variance analysis

Maintain and enhance standard costs and cost allocation methods

Support capital projects and product innovation with financial modeling

Contribute to S&OP with data on throughput costs and profitability

Manage budgeting forecasting and month-end close activities

Deliver monthly KPI dashboards and present operations reviews

Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field

5 10 years in manufacturing finance and cost accounting

CPG or food industry experience preferred

Strong Excel ERP and financial modeling skills

Experience with SAP or SAGE X3 a plus

CPA/CMA and food manufacturing background preferred
