Seeking a Plant Controller to manage cost accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment. Key focus on cost control variance analysis and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost accounting and controls

Analyze variances and prepare margin reports

Support budgeting forecasting and month-end close

Lead cost-saving and CAPEX tracking

Ensure compliance and accurate inventory reporting
Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance

3 5 years in manufacturing cost accounting
-
Strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP preferred)

Solid GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
