Are you a selfdriven customerfocused HVAC Home Comfort Advisor/Salesperson in the Peabody MA area looking to join a rapidly expanding organization who has demonstrated yearafteryear of continued growth and success For nearly 40 years this well established residential HVAC & Plumbing company has been servicing the North Shores of Massachusetts and has built a loyal customer base.

The primary role of the HVAC Home Comfort Advisor is advise promote and sell company products and services to new and existing residential customers. Specifically your duties will include but is not limited to:
- Initiate contact with potential customers and respond to inquiries promptly
- Conduct inhome consultations with potential customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling and comprehensive solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC/Plumbing solutions to meet their needs and budget
- Provide postsales support by addressing customer inquiries concerns and service requests to help generate referrals and increase customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on the scope of work equipment requirements and labor costs
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions quotes and sales activities in our CRM system
- Other related duties
Job Qualifications:
At least three 3 years proven residential HVAC/Plumbing sales experience
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills able to build trust and foster a positive relationship with customers
Proficient using computer office programs CRMs and various sales tools
Valid drivers license with clean MVOR
Ability to pass a criminal background check
SHIFT: Days 8:00am 5:00pm (Monday Friday).
COMPENSATION:
- Weekly Draw (Overall Compensation between $80K $120K/year)
- Sliding Commission Scale 2 8
