HVAC Superintendent

About
In this leadership role youll oversee all field operations related to HVAC installations in residential new builds. Acting as the central point of contact between field technicians builders and office staff youll ensure high-quality safe installations while managing schedules materials and on-site personnel. Your ability to troubleshoot lead and communicate will help drive each projects success-on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HVAC field teams on new residential construction sites
- Coordinate with builders mechanics and office staff to maintain workflow
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met
- Verify material availability before scheduling labor
- Evaluate HVAC installation progress and quality throughout all construction phases
- Resolve complex technical challenges and communicate updates or delays to the project manager
- Drive project efficiency profitability and on-time completion
Qualifications:
- 8 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience coordinating with builders and managing subcontractors
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
