Seeking a skilled professional to oversee apartment maintenance and lead HVAC installations. This role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge leadership ability and project coordination skills to ensure high-quality service safety and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities-
Manage all aspects of apartment maintenance including inspections repairs and emergencies.

Lead HVAC installations and ensure projects meet quality budget and time goals.

Supervise maintenance and HVAC teams providing training and support.

Coordinate with contractors vendors and property managers.

Create efficient schedules to minimize resident disruption.

Ensure compliance with building codes safety and environmental regulations.

Maintain inventory of tools equipment and supplies.

Provide prompt professional customer service to residents.

Experience in maintenance supervision and HVAC installation.

HVAC certification or related technical degree.

Valid contractors license (HVAC preferred).

Knowledge of building codes safety standards and HVAC systems.

Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Physically able to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions.
