Job Description
Overview
Client. serves commercial industrial and public sector clients in MA and NH with full-service HVAC Plumbing & General Contracting Support. We seek a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Manager and Estimator to join our team.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
Estimating mechanical trades - HVAC
Evaluating project plans and bid documents performing material takeoffs
Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
Completing estimates and submitting to owners.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience with public & private commercial construction projects is required
