The role
As an ICT Project Manager youll be at the forefront of managing customer projects and initiatives ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in collaboration with key project managers and leads. Your role will involve coordinating project teams utilising shared resources that support Strategic Business Outcomes while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships through communication negotiation and issues management.
Youll face challenges such as providing expert advice within tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities. Its crucial to anticipate potential consequences of changes and provide timely practical solutions especially when significant changes impact team members and their staff. Your ability to manage all aspects of the project cycle from planning and resource coordination to risk management and reporting will be key to achieving successful project outcomes.
