Chief Operating Officer

Were looking for a high-performing COO to transform Performativs operational engine into a category-leading machine. This is a rare opportunity to design how a fast-scaling fintech company runs at scale.

As a COO you will lead the execution of Performativs growth strategy turning ideas into well-run systems across revenue operations onboarding finance reporting and people. Youll work directly with the CEO and executive team to scale our operations bring structure to ambition and help Performativ run faster and smarter every day.

What youll do

• Lead cross-functional task forces addressing critical challenges or strategic opportunities
• Own executive rhythms including leadership meetings & QBRs
• Oversee our People function drive hiring and shape our people policies rituals and performance culture
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies across the business
• Translate strategic goals into scalable systems and accountable team
• Oversee our Finance Function and lead capital planning headcount modeling budgeting and financial infrastructure
• Oversee CX & onboarding processes to drive seamless customer journeys

What were looking for

• 8 years experience in high-performance environments (e.g. top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) investment banking and/or scale-up leadership)
• Deeply data driven with finance and metrics fluency (e.g. SaaS KPIs balance sheets P&L)
• Proven track record scaling startup operations or building systems from scratch
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and translating strategy into execution
• Exceptional communication skills; structured written and accountable
• Hands-on detail-oriented and unafraid to own the outcome
• Experience within banking and/or wealth management preferred
